The Retreat will be hosted at Graylyn Estate, an estate-style setting designed for deep focus, comfort, and quiet reflection. The environment is intentional—beautiful, calm, and contained—so you can step away from the noise and give your dreams room to expand.

What's included in this retreat?
Your retreat experience includes:
- On-site lodging at Graylyn Estate
- Breakfast, Lunch and dinners per night as well as morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- All guided sessions and facilitated experiences
- Complete Castle Process materials and personal journal
- Small-group format designed for depth and conversation
- One full year of guided individual coaching and community access through The Dream Keepers
What Castle Process Materials Are Included?
All participants receive the following materials as part of the retreat:
The Castle Guide: This 80-page guide will be your resource you'll use to craft your dream.
The Castle Poster: The Castle on the poster has seven towers on which you add your answers to seven questions – Who, What, When, Where, Why, How, How Much – and one tower on which you summarize your answers as your Serious Dream unfolds.
Your castle inspires you with towers soaring upward toward your dreams and your castle supports you with solid foundations grounded in reality.
The castle is a visual symbol of The Castle Process - A goal is a dream taken seriously.
Accomodations
Estate Guest Rooms
You'll stay in one of the Estate's 37 comfortable Estate Guest Rooms that are in three of the five buildings on Graylyn’s vast 55-acre estate, including the French-inspired Mews, the Bernard Cottage, and the Bungalows.

Travel to Winston-Salem
Flying In
If you’re flying, you have a few convenient airport options:
- Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) – typically the closest and easiest
- Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) – larger hub, longer drive
- Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) – another major option, longer drive
From the airport, you can rent a car or use a car service/rideshare depending on your preference.
Ground transportation note: Because Graylyn is a destination-style setting, having a plan for airport-to-venue transportation in advance is recommended.
Driving In
Winston-Salem is accessible by major interstates and is an easy drive from many Southeast cities. Once you’re registered, we’ll share the best arrival approach and parking guidance for Graylyn.
